Account Executive

Dialogue is a new Canadian owned venture in the fast-growing HealthTech space. It offers a range of healthcare services for business to keep their teams happy, healthy, and performing at their highest potential. We are currently looking an Account Executive with a passion for new customer acquisition to start building our Ontario sales team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing on the Ontario growth plan;
  • Identifying, targeting and reaching out to local businesses to introduce our platform as a benefit to employees (including cold-calling and cold reach outs);
  • Creating material to accompany your sales meetings;
  • Engaging in on-site activities (e.g., lunch & learns, attend conferences/events, etc);
  • Establishing metrics and goals for your work, and presenting your progress and findings to C-level teams;
  • Working in synergy with the inside sales team to maximize sales opportunities;
  • Building a community of engaged customers who themselves will promote Dialogue.

You should have:

  • 5+ years of Sales experience;
  • Excellent English communications skills;
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales expectations;
  • Excellent closing abilities;
  • Hunter profile;
  • Entrepreneurial spirit;
  • Data driven;
  • Great presentation skills;
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, passionate;
  • Motivated by improving healthcare technology and access;
  • BIG PLUS: Experience in selling to HR departments and/or selling private healthcare services.
