About this role …

This is a fantastic opportunity to bring a digital growth mindset to one of the leading design company’s in the world.You’ll be charged with helping to grow our online sales through our channel partners, working with some of the biggest names in the retail industry. You’ll bring a strong knowledge of both organic and paid strategies to help consumers find our products through our online channels.

What you’ll do …

Strategic Growth – Identify opportunities to accelerate and fuel our growth through ecommerce partners and execute on those plans

SEO & SEM – create and manage programs and tactics to improve findability and sales of our products through partner ecommerce sites.You’ll create and execute search strategies as well as design and structure campaigns to maximize findability and revenue.

Campaign Creation & Optimization – build, optimize, and scale organic and paid campaigns across partner platforms to drive sales growth; you live and breathe multivariant testing

Behavioural Economics – you’ll leverage the latest research in behavioural economics to drive success in everything you do.Growth hacking is not a slogan, but a way of life.

Data, Data, Data – you’ll help build out our understanding of data and analytics to make data-informed decisions.

Experience: Minimum 4 years’ experience in online growth / search, with a focus on ecommerce, analytics, or data science.

Technical Skills: 3+ years proficiency in SEO/SEM using tools like AdWords & AMS. Strong Excel skillset.

Education: Post-secondary degree or equivalent in business, marketing, engineering, or psychology. MBA preferred
