Fortek is an engineering innovation company that specializes in developing hardware and software for keyless entry applications. We offer our clients advanced customized products and installation services that include maintenance and support, as well as integration capabilities with other security systems.
We are currently looking for a new team member to fill the role of Sales Strategist. We are looking to bring on board a team member to grow with the company in the long-run. The Sales Strategist will be responsible for:
- Client outreach and delivery of product demos and presentations
- Building key partnerships
- Optimizing Fortek’s sales strategy and sales funnel - identifying ways to improve client generation and conversion tactics.
- Streamlining and managing project bidding processes.
We are searching for an individual with a minimum of 2 year experience in sales and business development. The ideal candidate would have a strong experience in sales. While we want to hear from candidates with MBA, BA in Business or other business related degrees, we encourage all interested with relevant experience and willingness to learn and grow in the sector to apply.
The candidate should have excellent: communication skills and the ability to work independently and resourcefully with great enthusiasm to grow into the role and take leadership. We want a self-starter and self-motivated individual interested in becoming a key leader within the company. This is a contract full time position with great potential for permanent employment for the right candidate. It may require flexible working hours (demos, event attendance).This position is partially funded by the MaRS Business Acceleration Program – Embark, which requires that the candidate is 29 years of age or younger. The compensation is $23/hour.
