Enterprise Onboarding Specialist

So what do we do?

Roadmunk is a web-based data visualization tool that enables product managers, executives and their teams to create and design their strategic roadmaps and share them throughout the organization.

Some of our customers include Nike, Urban Outfitters, Coca-Cola, Slack, Reddit, Stripe, Adobe & Walt Disney.


What we’re looking for

  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Hyper-organizational skills
  • Demonstrate passion for customer success and empathy for our users
  • Can convey your ideas and debate with the team
  • Can identify opportunities to sell and up-sell prospects and customers to expand our user base
  • You have experience managing customer feedback and working cohesively with Development and Product teams to prioritize bugs and improvements
  • You can think quickly on your feet, problem solve independently and use your judgement to know when to escalate issues
  • Positive attitude, being friendly and fun to work with while remaining a flexible team-player

What you’ll do

  • Onboard enterprise customers showcasing how Roadmunk can work for our users ensuring success and adoption
  • Design an enterprise onboarding schedule and process using data from historical rollouts
  • Support enterprise users as issues or questions arise, becoming the familiar face who always has the answer,
  • Build ongoing relationships with enterprise users, identifying how new features can assist them before they even realize what’s missing
  • Understand our customer’s goals and what they are trying to achieve by using the Roadmunk application
  • Understand technical aspects as required by clients, liaison with product team as necessary
  • Create and execute project work plans revising as neded to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Provide online and occasional in-person demos with prospects to showcase the product
  • Interact with prospects & customers to solve technical challenges
  • Work with current customers finding ways to upsell / expand their account usage and license
  • Diagnose and log bugs and new feature requests to be addressed by our product team
  • Become the voice of our enterprise users!

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • 3+ years prior experience in a similar role
  • Consulting experience
  • Start-up experience
  • Comfortable in a fast-past, entrepreneurial environments
  • Experience with B2B enterprise SaaS platform
  • Experience working with an array of Support technologies including Intercom, Salesforce, Chartmogul, etc
