Jr. Technology Consultant

Jr Technical Consultant is responsible for working with broader consulting team to assist with customer implementations. The Jr Technical Consultant will also help with defining key customer integrations, installing software, configuring systems and providing general technical support for clients during implementations. This includes: configuration, email and landing page development, and website and systems integration. He/She will help design solutions using existing software systems and/or custom software development based on business requirements provided.
*Shadow Senior Technical Consultants as they work with clients technical teams to define concepts and under direction of project managers
*Analyze and solve product-related issues at all tiers of the Support triage process
*Manage time and deliverables effectively
*Engage in multiple initiatives/projects simultaneously
*Help develop supporting technical documentation on projects to serve as an artifact of completion
- Digital Marketing Experience
- CRM knowledge
- Advance Database knowledge (formulate complex queries, create views, database management etc.)
- Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo or other marketing automation experience
- Salesforce.com experience
- Salesforce.com development experience (SOQL, APEX, Visualforce)
Years of Experience:
1-3 years of experience is ideal, but attitude is more important than experience.This is a junior role with a chance to learn and grow with the company.
Education and/or Certifications:
A university or college degree is preferred.
