Customer Success Manager

Toronto Full Time

We're looking for someone to own the relationship with our partner schools from the moment they sign on with us to make sure our customers continue to be delighted with our service. You'll have the ability to help refine and evolve our on-boarding process to continuously improve how we provide maximum value and satisfaction to our customers.

If you thrive in a small startup, with autonomy to make decisions, run experiments, and continuously test and refine, then this is the place for you.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Account Management of our partner schools
  • On-boarding new customers (universities)
  • Cultivating the ongoing relationships
  • Constant experimentation to find ways to improve our customer experience
  • Sharing your learning with the entire team to ensure a smooth end-to-end process
  • Advocating for our customer's needs within Altus
  • Ensuring our customers are so happy that they become advocates for our company and products


  • 2+ years experience in account management, preferably with SaaS
  • Nurturing and empathetic with a professional, positive attitude and a sense of humility
  • Comfortable speaking with heads or universities and programs
  • Able to anticipate a customer’s needs and offer innovative solutions
  • Willing to go above and beyond for your clients
