Inside Sales – Vision Advocate

What we are looking for:

We are looking for an inside sale - vision advocate to join our team. As an inside sales Vision Advocate you will be compassionate, empathetic, and enthusiastic individual who has great sales experience and can provide a great experience to our users. You’ll be successful in this role if you love talking to people, and you have empathy for legally blind people (and their loved ones!) and if you have good customer service/individual account management/inside sales experience including working with CRM’s and helping customers make a successful purchase.

What you will be doing:

  • Receiving incoming calls from legally blind individuals and their loved ones
  • Working from a script to answer questions regarding our product and company
  • Asking screening and data collection questions
  • Making outbound calls to clients who have reached out to us
  • Scheduling demonstrations of eSight
  • Data entry
  • Other duties that may arise

What you bring:

  • A Minimum of 1- 2 years of current inside sales, account management or contact centre experience
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Experience using a CRM software ideally Salesforce is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills
