Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a talented, strategic, and meticulous individual to join our marketing team as a Digital Marketing Manager. At Collage, you will execute, manage, track, and optimize key programs across multiple marketing channels to drive customer growth and mind share. This is a very technical role. Success will require substantial experience with a wide range of marketing technology.

Some questions we might ask:

  • Be prepared to talk, in depth, about SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and/or other SEO tools you’ve used, the changes you’ve made as a result, and the impact of those changes;
  • We would like to hear about the AdWords and Facebook campaigns you’ve built and managed, the impact of your ongoing optimization, and how you measured ROI (CAC, LTV etc.);
  • We’ll also ask lots of in-depth questions about your email marketing experience: how you segmented your audience, why you structured drip campaigns the way you did, what you learned through A/B testing and more;
  • If you’re a Hubspot expert, we’ll dig deep into how you built, optimized, and measured your inbound funnel. If you’re not well versed in Hubspot, be ready to talk about how your Marketo or Pardot experience will help you quickly become our Hubspot owner and expert user.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • SEO (keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, analytics);
  • SEM (campaign building, optimization, analytics);
  • Facebook ads;
  • Email acquisition marketing;
  • Lead and customer nurturing;
  • Marketing automation (Hubspot experience preferred);
  • Funnel analytics and optimization;
  • Content amplification.

It'd be great if you also have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or in a related field or equivalent experience;
  • 3+ years of marketing experience and a proven track record working as a digital marketer in a tech or startup environment.

It'd be great if you also have:

  • Previous experience in a marketing role at an early-stage company;
  • Bilingualism (English/French).
