Marketing Director / Demand Generation
Come work for a multi-award winning tech software company experiencing triple digit growth. Plum is in a period of exponential growth and as a result is looking for a Marketing Director to take our Demand Generation to the next level.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Marketing/ Demand Generation will hold overall responsibility for the strategy to drive successful program outcomes and meet marketing ROI.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is funnel-centric and will create targeted demand programs to generate inbound leads/MQLs for sales
- Can create unique and engaging content with a focus on the ideal customer profile (ICP) and their wants/needs
- Can effectively focus Plum’s messaging to educate the market and move buyers through the funnel
- Will work collaboratively with the Chief Revenue Officer to ensure a tight feedback loop between Marketing and Sales
