Customer Success Manager

Toronto Full Time


  • Build meaningful relationships with Loopio customers through engaging emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings
  • Coach new customers through their 90-day onboarding process
  • Develop creative strategies to increase customer engagement, drive growth, reduce churn, and produce Loopio advocates
  • Research and implement new tools to help automate and scale Customer Success processes
  • Build engaging “success plays”, email templates, and meeting frameworks to help streamline Customer Success activities
  • Work with the Support Team to provide world class product support for Loopio users
  • Execute Loopio training sessions and webinars through online demonstrations
  • Measure and action on engagement data through our Customer Health Score framework
  • Work with the Development and Support Teams to write content for Loopio’s Help Center
  • Share Customer Success stories through case studies, blog posts, and internal communication

Skills & Requirements

  • Impeccable written and oral communication skills; you’re talking to our customers, after all!
  • Masterful relationship building skills; people find it really hard to not like you
  • Extremely analytical; you have dreams about Excel pivot tables
  • At least 2 years of Account Management or Customer Success experience
  • Experience in a SaaS company is a plus
  • Experience writing sales proposals or responding to RFPs is a huge plus
