About the Position:
MiiToU, Inc. is a fast growing Toronto startup creating mobile solutions that expand the potential of today's leading mobile platforms. We are looking to enhance our product line as well as diversify our portfolio to other mobile platforms including iPad, Blackberry and Android. MiiToU’s flagship product is due to be released soon in the iTunes App Store.

We are seeking a highly talented individual to take the lead role of developing our proprietary ASP.NET application. We offer a competitive salary during this full-time contract and an opportunity to become a permanent member of our team.

Responsibilities
Implement UI, application logic, web services and database structures for ASP.NET back-end supporting our iPhone application using best development practices
Collaborate with project management on product and architectural design
Lead the software team by example: using modern SDLC techniques, oversee and review software development and grow your team
Requirements
Degree in computer science or similar or proven work experience, in lieu of
7+ years of experience in software development: ASP.NET up to 3.5, SQL Server, other supporting Microsoft products
Experience with Objective C, Cocoa, and iPhone SDK, MAC OS; Android and Blackberry applications an asset
5+ years working with web services, SOAP
Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts: ability to instruct others on best practices
Self-motivated, problem-solver and goal-driven: proven ability to finish projects on budget/on-time
Experience leading a software development team; experience with Agile software development methodology
